Veteran of product development and operational strategy with over 35 years of experience.  Led efficiency-driven capital programs for Dematic, Nexperia, Johnson Controls, Philips, Aeroflex, and TRW.  Brings deep expertise in manufacturing, R&D, critical sputtered material science, and commercialization of disruptive technologies across multiple industries.

With a PhD in Materials Science and Engineering, Dr. Matt Reil leads the development of advanced materials for next-generation propulsion systems. His expertise spans nanocomposites, polymer systems, and high-performance materials. He brings over 20 years of experience across industry, academia, and entrepreneurship, including roles as a process engineer at ATMI and adjunct professor at the University of Denver.

Former U.S. Air Force Brigadier General and Assistant Deputy Undersecretary of the Air Force. Led global USAF/USSF engagement and managed $77B+ in R&D agreements. Expert in defense strategy, international programs, and national security innovation.

15-year space policy and research expert. President of Caelus Partners and former Director at the Space Foundation. Advises governments and private sector leaders on the space economy and commercialization strategy.

Secured over $50M in U.S. government contracts and scaled multiple startups in aerospace and defense. Expert in deep tech commercialization, strategic partnerships, and aerospace and defense market growth.
